Customer service for a company that have as main sectors: Food&Drinks, Home Care, Personal Care
Role: B2C and B2B, Inbound, Outbound, Emails
Profile: Needs to be native in Catalan (the candidate can speak Spanish but must speak Catalan, and have English B2).
Rotating Schedules/Shifts: Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 6PM
Days Off: 2 days off
Profile requirements:
- Native Catalan.
- Valid work permit for Portugal (you must send us a copy of the document along with the CV)
- Available to start in 1 to 3 weeks (considering the starting dates)
- Some experience in customer care (on the phone, face to face, etc.)
