Customer service in Milan, Italy

We are company that rent the apartments for tourists in Italy (Milan and Cagliari). We are searching for students who would like to make an internship of 3, 6 or 12 months in one of our structures or in Italy (above all in Milan). The main tasks of the trainee will be: taking care of the documentation (invoices, reciepes, internal applications and few other), staying in touch with the clients (before, during and after their stay) everyday by the phone and email, welcoming the clients in the apartments, preparing the apartments or rooms to welome the guests, making the publicity on social network and our web page. 

We are searching motivated candidates, open for new challenges, elastic (the kind of work depends of the period), sympthetic (as is so important while working with people). 

We require knowledge of english language (communicative level).
