We are looking for a Hospitality Intern!
Impact Hub Vienna offers a unique and creative atmosphere to co-work, meet and
host workshops, press conferences, book readings and other event formats. As an
Hospitality Intern you will work closely with our Event and Spaces Team and support them in preparing the setup for meetings and events, tending to the reception desk and welcoming our members and guests, and being contact person for members and bookers during
their time at the Impact Hub.
Your responsibilities as a Hospitality Intern
• Preparing logistics incl. set up of rooms, catering areas etc. for co-working,
meetings and events
• Servicing space bookers during their events (welcome them, show them space,
set up tech with them, be contact person during events)
• Representing Impact Hub at events
• Supporting our reception
• Welcoming clients and directing them to the relevant team members /
hosts / members / meeting rooms etc.
• Giving info tours to potential members
• Having an overview on all activities happening in the space and what is
needed
• Creating a good vibe and connections between community members,
bookers and visitors
• Answering inquiries (phone, e-mail, drop-ins at the reception desk)
• Space Management: Opening and closing the co-working space, keeping it tidy and set up according to the standards

• is interested in hospitality, catering, event set up
• makes people feel at home and is open
• is very organized
• is comfortable with a flexible / changing timetable
• is entrepreneurial, communicative, proactive & works well in a team
• is self-driven and can self-manage priorities and tasks
• has a hands-on attitude
• is very attentive to detail
• is highly interested to learn about different topics, ideas and people
• has strong IT user skills (Microsoft Office, Apple User Skills)
• is fluent in German and English
• is allowed to work in the European Union
