Interior Designer will be developing designs to suit clients' needs, their budget and the type of building...

  • Meeting clients to discuss their requirements and ideas
  • Preparing initial sketches for the client to approve
  • Advising on colour schemes, fabrics, fittings and furniture
  • Working out costs and preparing estimates
  • Creating detailed drawings from the initial sketches, usually on a computer
  • Finding fittings, furniture, fabrics, and wall and floor coverings.
  • Assisting and completing any other tasks required by the CEO and other managers
  • MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK (due to the nature of the organisation)

 

Please note this is a voluntary / unpaid role.

No previous experience is required as full training would be provided.

In return, volunteers / trainees often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.

Office Working Time: 9:00 to 17:00 (9am to 5pm), Monday to Friday.

Remember, our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays in England and wales.

You can start traineeship in any month of the year and for as long as you want. We offer work placements all year round.
