Your tasks as an intern CRM

We're looking for an intern Customer Relationship Management for our office at Düsseldorf Airport. You will be the first to take care of our customers to answer questions about Tinker's airport service. You’ll take care of the incoming e-mails and calls from our customers. Also, you'll take care of the administration of different systems and you will execute checks with planning and quality related activities. You are service oriented, work precisely and you have strong communication skills. We offer you a diverse Customer Service job, with lots of opportunities to expand your responsibilities and grow professional and personal.

When you start as an intern, you'll learn by hands-on experience in the world of Customer Service and you'll know the basics really fast. To get on board as a Customer Service intern, you:

  • Are in the 3rd or 4th year of your Bachelor or Master, relevant to the travel branch
  • Speak German and English fluently
  • Are responsible, our customers can always count on you
  • Are smart and proactive, you learn to solve problems independently
  • Work precisely and follow our processes
  • Are representative on the phone
