We are Tuscanery, an Italian start-up for the online sale of authentic and high quality Italian delicatessen typical from Tuscany. Our products are made with organic Italian ingredients and are characterised by typical flavours of Tuscany land.

We are hiring an intern to take part in our International Sales Team to promote and sell our products abroad (mainly in UK, France, Germany, Northern Europe, East Europe, Russia and Baltic region). Responsibilities:

 

  • Undertaking commercial campaign into new foreign markets

  • Contacting prospective foreign buyers on a B2B base

  • Dealing with back office activities and lead generation improvement

  • Providing exemplary customer service management and presenting product’s qualities and features to the customer

  • Accomplishing targeted performance and revenue objectives on a consistent basis

  • Updating database with customers’ data collected

  • Guaranteeing a high-level of before/after-sales service: from the first contact to the deal closing (purchase orders, discount proposals, contract achievement etc.)

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent verbal and written English; every other foreign language known is a plus and it can determine the possibility to export in a new country

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a sales oriented personality

  • Empathetic and able to understand client's position and needs

  • Optimistic, self-motivated and not afraid of rejections

  • Well organised with the ability to set and handle priorities autonomously

  • Adaptability and willingness to work in an intercultural environment

  • Responsive and self-disciplined, eager to success

  • Valuable computer skills

  • Interested in Made in Italy products
