IT Support/webpage and online marketing officer

The Town Hall of Vila da Madalena do Pico is searching for an intern in the area of Digital marketing and IT support, with the following requirements, for the following tasks

REQUIREMENTS

-University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or IT /related area;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Good Language Skills (English required; Portuguese will be considered as a plus);

- Good team work and learning spirit, as well as, motivated;

- Proactivity

- Experience in digital marketing will be considered as a plus

- Experience in website development will be considered as a plus

RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

• Analyze website and come up with improvements
• Assist with improving the website
• Achieve active social media communication and user friendly website
• Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and others and send out quality messages on these channels
• Establish an effective social media presence on social media
• Provide consistent and timely updates to end users and management 
•  Assist with IT technical support for all computer hardware, software, network, audio-visual equipment, and telephone systems
• Manage the Online Marketing platform for campaigns
• Research web copy and competitors
• Drive traffic to websites using a variety of methods
• Manage and deliver email lists (Design and deliver emails )
• Work closely with communication department to ideate, create, curate, edit, optimize, and manage all social media content (written and visual) in line with inbound marketing objectives
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on network growth and viewership
• Other tasks that are needed
