General information
We are looking for a law student in their final years of studies / recent graduate that would be interested in helping out with some work in our legal firm. Their mentor has extensive experience in corporate law, data law, contract law, intellectual property law and information technology. The training would take place in our legal office in Maribor and partially online / from home, depending on the current assignment.
The student would obtain an insight into how a law office functions, help out with some everyday tasks, broaden their knowledge of data law and some other legal fields and have an opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal research of European data laws and case-law;
- Drafting of internal legal reports about European data law;
- Drafting of articles about European data law;
- Drafting of submissions related to data protection and data law in general;
- Drafting of other legal submissions.
The start date and duration of the traineeship can be adapted to the student’s needs.
Partially remote traineeship preferred. The worktime is flexible.
