Eherüs OÜ is looking for somebody who could help the company to do the social media marketing to increase international sales. The volunteer preferably has some experience in social media marketing or sales. 

The role

• Managing client inquiries and agreeing art commissions with clients
• Coordinating with the artists and supervising the progress of the commissions
• Taking the lead on partnerships, business growth initiatives and other projects
• Building relationships with clients and understanding the market trends and needs
• Tracking orders and organising corresponding data and financial accounts

Our mission is to preserve the authenticity of cities through the power of play. Secret City Trails takes travellers and locals on urban adventures - or city discovery games. During the games you solve a trail of riddles via our web app. Using a web app means no downloads are needed, just a little data. As you solve the riddles you explore a city's hidden gems and unlock stories about the sights and area you are in, as well as (secret) recommendations to wonderful cafes and bars. The trails are a playful, off-the-beaten-track and self-guided way of discovering a city.

We work with local game builders to develop the games, (anyone can sign up on our platform to bring a game to their city!) and our aim is to have a community of over 300 game builders. This means we’re on the hunt for a detail oriented editor to help create a jaw dropping marketing content.

About the role

As our Amsterdam Ambassador, you will be responsible for checking our games, video content, and take some amazing photos. This role is done outside in the city!

• Checking our games and sending us proof that everything is ok!

• Taking videos and pictures to promote our games

Arcade is currently looking for a Part-Time Gallery Assistant to start from January 2019, 1 or 2 days a week. This front of house role requires someone who can multitask effectively, has excellent attention to detail and an organised and productive approach to their work. We hope to find someone warm and outgoing to complement our small and busy team, and to welcome visitors to the gallery. Applicants should have a demonstrable interest in contemporary art. The candidate should be efficient in all aspects of office administration, as well as being proactive and enthusiastic. Skills include proficiency with Mac Office suite, Photoshop and Indesign. Application is by CV and 1-page cover letter by 5pm, Saturday 15th December 2018 at the latest. The intenship will last for a period of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 months.

List of duties:

Front of House

Answering phone, door, general gallery email address and acting as first port of call

Maintaining gallery supplies and keeping office tidy and presentable

Being a warm and well-informed presence at the gallery for visitors and clients

Artists' Archives

Maintaining press packs and portfolios

Maintaining CVs and bibliographies

Maintaining artist image files on server, obtaining images from external galleries and museums

Creating exhibition/sales PDFs

Making, having signed, and sending certificates of authenticity to clients

Liaising with gallery artists if they require images/press/portfolios

Liaising with other galleries to keep archive updated

Social Media/Communications

Maintaining mailing lists

Updating website

Press

Responding to press requests

Contacting relevant bodies to promote shows

Compiling images and credits for magazines

Filling in exhibition listings websites

Collating, scanning and filing press for archive

Events

Ordering supplies

Setting up bar, clearing up before and after as necessary

Assisting with invitations and guest lists

It is intended that the candidate takes care of the Digital Marketing of our establishment that besides the area of the restoration, develops cultural activities such as art exhibitions, music concerts and artistic residences.

Our district club in Olkusz is looking for person which will one tme per week, keep clases and play with kids. we are open for any ideas for this clases. 

We are looking for language teachers of any language (it is not necessary to be native speaker) groups from A1 to B2. The classes will be for kids mostly but as well for old people and adults.

Interns' responsibilities will include: 

• independent research on cultural relations policy
• writing and editing articles for the ICRP publication of Human Rights Issues and ICRP Cultural Relations Review monthly e-journal
• event support and development (working to support ICRP conferences and related events
• information collection and data analysis for ICRP Online Resources

Interns are expected to have a very good command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Previous experience with writing articles and events organization is desirable but not required.

Internships are offered throughout all the year. The work time is flexible and there is no remuneration provided.
