You will be assisting our team in daily digital and physical worlds. There are many things we as artists need help with: studio art supplies, digital representation of projects, written track of ideas, discussions, development of projects, exhibition set-ups, managing contacts and emails, etc. You will spend a lot of time together with us and have plenty of time for yourself, traveling Iceland, and hobbies. 
For the best internship experience, you need to be good with general PC usage, understand web development and have knowledge of website builders like Elementor, have good digital visual art skills, be extraverted and open-minded, be a good writer, love coffee, love parties, love traveling, enjoy teamwork, and also work alone.

We are looking for motivated students to join our small NGO team in Gran Canaria (aka, Atlantic Paradise)

Your main tasks: 

• Project management of European Projects (mainly KA1 and KA2): writing project proposals, coordinating partner meetings, updating social media, reports for National Agency)
• EU program management (partner research, international cooperation communications, presentations and meetings)
• Content creation for our social media (Instagram, FB and website)
• Research of EU opportunities and local funding 
• Assisting in international projects all over Europe (assisting in facilitation of projects)

Requirements: 

• Fluent in English, at least B2, written and spoken (desirable some level of Spanish)
• Flexibility to travel to projects abroad in the EU ( max 10 days per project, all costs covered)
• Knowing your way around social media and content creation
• Experience with Canva and prompt for AI
• Willingness to learn the process of project management 
• Desirable some experience in the field of EU and Erasmus+ projects

I've been an architect for years, mostly concerned about sustainability in buildings and the way we inhabit them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Tasks:

Task 1: Content Creation

• Write articles and blog posts for publication on LinkedIn and the company website.

• Research industry topics and write thought-provoking content to attract new website traffic.

Task 2: Social Media Management

• Design and Implement a communication strategy across our Website, LinkedIn, Instagram

• Create and schedule social media posts to increase BioFlux's visibility and reach.

• Identify relevant industry events and webinars for participation and promotion.

Task 3: Video editing 

• Create short educational videos for social media based on footage provided by BioFlux team

• Post videos on social media to foster online engagement 

Task 4: Market report development and outreach strategies

• Support in the gathering of news, events, and advancements in the biochar sector for the development of monthly biochar market reports.

• Design and develop communication tools and materials used to reach new potential clients l clients.

Internship Details:

• Work remotely with the opportunity to join in-person if/when feasible.

1. Checking translations into German: You will be responsible for the correct translation of product descriptions, e-shop pages and marketing materials into German. We are ideally looking for a native German speaker with excellent German language skills.

2. Orientation in the photo video range: You will be actively involved in understanding our range of photo and video equipment.

3. Working with SEO and PPC: You will help to optimise our e-shop for search engines, creating keywords and optimising content to improve visibility and search engine positions.

4. Communication with German customers: you will be responsible for communicating with our German customers via email, phone and chat, providing information and solving any problems.

5. Developing and building the German and Austrian e-shop:You will work on the development and optimization of our e-shops for the German and Austrian market, contributing to improving the user experience and ensuring the efficient functioning of the e-shop.

6. Social media management: you help manage our social media profiles, create content and engage with our fans and customers.

7. You are involved in identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in the German and Austrian markets, monitoring competitive markets and trends.
