A Social Media and Communication Intern, is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives within an organization. Their duties include tracking analytics for social media campaigns, creating social media posting schedules, and writing captions for social media posts. ( Remote work is suitable as well)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and create content for our organization's social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Using analytics to asses the performance of our marketing efforts
3. Providing regular reports on the success of our marketing efforts
4. Improve visibility
5. To reach new customers 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good knowledge in written and spoken for English;
• Russian and Arabic are strong plus;
• Background in communication, media, graphic design or similar;
• Familiar with the concepts of Social Media and online marketing;
• Good knowledge of Canva 
• Highly proactive attitude. Not afraid of proposing changes and taking ownership of delegated tasks;
• Precise and organised way of working;
• Proficient user of Google Workspace;
• Capacity to work in a team as well as independently;

SUNSET DOLPHIN CRUISE + DINNER: After serving the passengers an aperitif accompanied by romantic notes of music, we slowly sail through the Medulin archipelago towards the famous RT Kamenjak nature park, with a panoramic ride slowly sailing around the entire nature park and its protected untouched nature, which is especially nice to experience and see with sea ​​side, especially at sunset. This year we decided to take a new step forward, refresh our team, and offer students from all over Europe a professional paid internship with included accommodation during the summer season of 2024 in our beautiful Medulin at the workplace of a sales representative.

What are our expectations?
To begin with, communicative skills and an expressed desire to improve sales skills.
Knowledge of English language level B2 and German language level B1, knowledge of other foreign languages ​​Hungarian, Czech, Romanian, Italian is an advantage.
