The “Human Resources and Training” department evaluates the performance of our team (members, associates and staff), provides them with working motivation while monitoring their needs as well.
This unit offers a training for development of the necessary competences and acquisition of new professional qualities.

Human resources is not a thing we do, it is the thing that runs our business.
As an intern in this department, you will be expected to finish a training and then join the current HRT crew. This position would provide you with the opportunity to be the unofficial psychologist, event planner, peacemaker, lawyer, teacher or simply said: the person in charge!

Develop our departments’ working methodology and help out with their ongoing tasks.

Work directly with our whole crew by providing them with mentorship and support.

Recruit new members and associates, select people for ongoing projects, attend interviews, and provide information about ICDET on all of our online & offline communication channels.

Promote any new opportunities about seminars and projects via our communication channels.

Conduct language classes and language preparation courses for our volunteers, members, and associates in various languages.

Conduct innovative sessions about therapy, icebreaking, and motivation for all of the people, involved in the organization – from volunteers to main crew.

ICDET Academy: Establishing new and redeveloping existing internal and external training sessions and coaching programs for our NGO. You will lead and facilitate in international atmosphere. MIT interns’ main tasks usually cover:

  • leading and managing our crew and staff
  • providing support

With great power comes a great responsibility, as well. That is why our interns will also maintain active correspondence with our partners from all over the world. Our work is based on skills, development, and trust.

Organization of all processes of local and international project activities and events, related to the projects with arrival of new Interns and trainees , arriving and departing Volunteers, arriving groups of VET and Adult mobilities and etc.

Tutoring, mentoring & supervision of volunteers, currently engaged in our NGOs everyday work;

A complete know-how on management of Non-government organization with horizontal structure;

Production of the intellectual output part of ongoing Capacity building projects- research , collecting and structuring  of information.

Provide maintenance of all platforms and software, used as main work tools by our NGO.

Creation and implementation of innovative methods & practices, ICT tools for work and facilitation.
