I need disciplined and articulate graduates able to solve problems without supervision, are able to teach themselves as the work we do will be outlined to them , but they need to then learn themselves in work as well as their own time via online tutorials etc etc. We need maturity and integrity in graduates who are genuinely here to work hard and make a positive contribution to the host organisation. We work hard and expect anyone on our small team to work equally hard and deliver to deadlines.
