  • Conduct competitor research

As an intern as a Front-End Developer at YEC you are responsible to develop new user-facing features. 

This may include to build reusable code and libraries for future use, to break down a problem into high performance, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX design, optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability, assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end, and to help to improve our software architecture to power an inspiring experience for our environment. 

Additionally, you will implement product features that have a direct impact on user engagement. Our Front-End Developer interns collaborate with the product management, back-end, and mobile teams to design and build new features. We encourage you as an intern to have self-responsibility in all your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems and procedures and you will work closely with our team.
