General Information & Description: As a business & sales intern you will closely cooperate with our sales department. Do not worry – it won’t be all about sales, you will also try to identify potential customers and areas of business based on news and do key account management. Besides all this, you will provide support to analysts and other members of our office. Generally, you can develop mainly your interpersonal and soft skills, overview on business world and potentially understanding of market research.

We expect from you: Excellent language and communication skills, more than just basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Persistence and self-motivation are must + overview of business world and economics will be needed for your internship.     

General Information & Description:  As a market analyst intern you will be responsible for covering selected industry, prepare and research for information and situation in given markets. In addition, you will contact and survey selected companies, cooperate with our consultants, analysts and sales managers. You will improve your skills in area of market analysis and forecasting as well as you will have a chance to develop various soft skills.

The Circular Coffee Project is a 'for purpose' initiative to solve the single-use cup problem once and for all. Single-use plastics provide the single biggest threat to our environment, with research suggesting 40% end up in landfil and 32% ending up polluting land, rivers and seas. The Circular Coffee Project have research and developed a solution to single-use cups and in a pilot of just 6 weeks managed to prevent 2000 single-use cups and 91kgs of CO2. We are now looking to strengthen the team to support next steps. In 5 years time, we hope to prevent 50+m single use cups from being used in the Netherlands.

The intern will be responsible for assistance upon specific profile:

Accomplish business activities by researching and developing marketing projects

Campaign planning, development, and control on implementation.

Organize, coordinate, and drive agreed on promo & marketing activities and meetings.

Create projects for different kinds of products/markets. (Fashion, quality, publicity, etc.)

PPRR, press, networking events upon related segments for challenging products.

Two different areas of business are offered in various markets:

The candidate has the following professional qualifications:

Students in business, emarketing, communication, or related careers.

User of most common Apps, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Familiar with main Web 2.0 tools and social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

English skills, other languages are considered an advantage. Spanish is not mandatory.

As a data analyst with Symvio you will directly contribute to how our solution helps commercial and industrial building owners and operators improve their operations. Together with our business developers, data scientists and building specialists you will support how our customers increase building occupant satisfaction with fault free operations, improved energy efficiency and lower operational costs.

You will work on automated detection and diagnostics of operational anomalies in building equipment such as HVAC systems. You will work on modeling existing data sources and identifying new ones such as to generate actionable insights on building infrastructure for our customers. Together with our data engineers and building specialists you will support our existing Enterprise AI process, by designing & deploying automation routines and integrating them in a cloud environment.

You will be responsible for 

• Data source identification

• Design of integration routines for heterogeneous data sources

• Data architecture and data warehouse design and implementation

You bring a good understanding of software development processes and have experience with data analytics, in particular with:

• Extracting, transforming and loading data, including data cleansing and quality analysis of data sets

• Scripting in python, SQL, OLAP
