We are looking for a Market and Financial Analyst Intern to join the team and assist in evaluating new business opportunities and provide research on the European real estate market. 

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis of real estate crowdfunding platforms

• Tracking developments in the market and making recommendations based on your findings

• Data analysis, evaluations, due dilligence and forecasting

• Reviews and updates to BrikkApp platform pages of real estate crowdfunding platforms

• Research new ideas for creating engaging content, engagement and communication

• Working in a team and contributing to the team's goals

Requirements:

• Very good level of English 

• You are passionate about investing, finance, or real estate 

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, and working with data to make informed decisions

• Excellent organizational skills

• You have good attention to detail and always double (triple) check your work

• You are creative and enjoy brainstorming new ways of doing things

• Proactivity and willingness to work and learn

• The min. inzternship lenght is 3 months,  however, we give preference to longer intenship periods
