This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing or Business student interested in learning how to plan and execute digital enhancements with an ecommerce retailer in the UK. Mentored throughout, you will lead the analysis across each part of the customer journey (acquisition, education, conversion, reengagement) to uncover enhancement opportunities. Having quantified and prioritized these you will deliver a range of optimizations, from smarter social media targeting through to an improved website etc. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands on experience and work with a range of internal stakeholders. Analysis to understand the business context and numerous opportunities (Customer insights, competitor analysis, journey pain points etc.)
Working with internal stakeholders to quantify the opportunity and costs associated with each opportunity and prioritising them accordingly
Leading the hands-on delivery of each opportunity (including test scoping, rollout, and evaluation)
Supporting the retailer’s leadership team on a range of strategic topics, including optimizing the range and pricing
Working towards or hold a business or digital degree or similar
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, data & analytics, website & app optimisation
Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, high energy and mature
Enjoy working in teams but also a self-starter
Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular
Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
