AI internship and/or thesis project

Our clients are growth companies from a wide range of industries, and we do everything we can to provide them with an easy and flexible service of the highest quality. If you want to see how such an international organization works in practice and get your foot in the door, this is your chance! We need you to find out in which ways AI can help us in our work. During your internship, you'll dive into our different business units, interview their leaders, identify potential bottlenecks and find out how AI can help solve them. We don't expect you to be a coder or a ready-made process engineer, but we do hope you have an interest and enthusiasm for both business and AI. We're not terribly interested in the theoretical side of things, we just want to make our own business more efficient. We know that there are some kind of tools and solutions out there, but we don't have the time to browse and figure them all out ourselves. We hope that your thesis will give us solid suggestions for increasing the profitability and productivity of our business. We'll provide you with figures and reports and all the other support you need to dig deeper into our business, identify pain points and find real solutions, based on what you've learned in school and what you've googled online. Need a concrete way to demonstrate your AI skills? This internship or thesis can be tailored to your needs. For example, we might have a need for an onboarding bot that can be built using ChatGPT. No coding skills are required to build a bot. It could be something other than an orientation and onboarding bot, but at least that's something that would be useful. It can be built by, for example, a media student, a business student or an arts major with a passion for technology - you don't need to have an engineering degree, although engineers are certainly welcome to apply for this internship! We have an active branch in Spain where you can meet other wannadoers and the company management. However, as a workplace we are 100% remote first, so location independence is the word of the day. This means that most of our colleagues are based all over Europe and most of our management is done remotely - like all other work in this company. We have several trainees from Finland in Spain every year, but with the right person we can also do the traineeship in Finland or elsewhere 100% remotely. The traineeship will take place in spring or autumn and we hope for a duration of 3-6 months. We do not offer shorter internships, as we want the intern to have a real opportunity to get into the material and come up with good analysis. We are on holiday in June, July and August and do not take interns then. What interests us most in an intern is the attitude and possible hobby or other demonstration of technology interest. Associations, positions of trust, volunteer work and previous work experience in any field should definitely be mentioned in your application. Please include in your application

Living in Spain We have one furnished studio flat in Fuengirola for trainees. If the flat is vacant, you can live in it for a fee (we charge rent at the local rate). However, we do not guarantee accommodation for trainees and if we are unable to provide accommodation for the desired period, it is the trainee's responsibility to find accommodation and pay for it. We will of course give you tips on finding accommodation. You are also responsible for arranging and paying your own flights to Fuengirola.
