Are you looking to put your skills and experience to the test in a work environment? Then consider a 6-month practical internship in Cyprus with us. 

The candidate will be a confident individual with interest in owning this project, to work under supervision but in a self-reliant way to interpret the brief, and then to work to produce new content. You will enjoy the challenge of taking a brief and adding your own expression. Computer literate, proficient user of Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or other graphic design programs. If you have interests in photography, video production, editing that is ideal. Additional knowledge of coding is an advantage. 

Let us know if you are proficient in Google Sheets and experienced in manipulating data using various functions and tools, such as IF, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP, to aid in cross-checking and analysis. enabling efficient and accurate processing of large amounts of data. By utilizing the powerful functions and tools available in Google Sheets, ensures accuracy and efficiency, making it a valuable tool for various tasks.

What you will be doing

This internship is available year-round lasting a minimum of 6 months. You get the opportunity to work closely alongside highly skilled and experienced performance marketing professionals assisting them in their day-to-day operations. From day one, you will add direct client value and get insights into several main business areas such as advertiser, account, and publisher management to develop your knowledge and skills in performance marketing technology, processes, and tools. As part of our account and publisher management team you will independently support our advertisers and build and grow our publisher database, acquire new publishers to our platform, and ensure their success, all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence of Target Circle.

You will be responsible for and working on multiple tasks including:

• Grow our performance marketing business

• Support the account management team with advertiser related tasks

• Identify and acquire new publishers to our Marketplace

• Validate newly registered publishers

• Share the latest platform, offer, and market news with our publishers

• Build and nurture partner relationships to increase their activity and success on our Marketplace

• Take care of advertiser and publisher inquiries 

• Participate in meetings and calls

• Keep track of your weekly performance and reporting

• Work with Hubspot, Monday, Hunter, Ahrefs and other marketing tools

 What we expect
