We are a small relocation agency in Fuengirola, Malaga (Spain), we are looking for an intern or an student in IT-Computer-Website development to join us under the Erasmus+ Program.

The applicant will qualify for the following fields:

• Website & SEO
• Marketing Online (SEM, Social Media, etc.)
• Graphic Design (if possible)
• Different IT tasks

The applicant will apply for an ERASMUS PLUS internship program at his/her university, and it should be accepted without difficulty.

About the PERIOD:

It is up to the applicant. We are open to suit the intern needs and preferences.

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is Europe’s biggest student organisation, present in more than 530 sections at 800 Higher Education Institutions in 40 European countries. It was founded in 1989, with the aim to support and develop student mobility. As part of its fundraising strategy, ESN partners up with the best international companies to offer loads of advantages to our members.

The international headquarters in Brussels is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern starting ideally on as soon as possible with maximum starting date end of January 2019. That person will support the Partnership Manager position on the marketing and data analysis work of this role with the purpose to facilitate his tasks and, at the same time, learn about the latest digital marketing trends in the market and the business perspective of NGOs.

Terms and conditions

• Internship for a duration of 6 months (relatively flexible).
• We are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible, but with a maximum starting date: end of January 2019.
• Must have an Erasmus Placement or any other internship agreement/scholarship. Please note that this is an eliminatory requirement, as ESN does not have the means to cover any other subsistence costs other than the ones mentioned in the bullet points below. Self-maintenance of the trainee is not an option, as ESN is a strong advocate for fair and paid internships and follows  The European Quality Charter.
• Accommodation costs of up to 400 EUR per month is reimbursed.
• Transport costs within Brussels are covered .

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, or in the way of getting one, in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, ICT or related.
• Comfortable in both written and spoken English. Copywriting proficiency is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel or any other spreadsheet is considered a plus, but it is not mandatory.
• Courses or other previous trainings on marketing-oriented data science/analytics, social media, marketing, SEO and SEM are also a plus for your application, but not mandatory. Please don’t forget to mention these in your cover letter and/or CV.
• Having experience in ESN as a volunteer is considered a plus, but not mandatory.

Main tasks and learning outcomes.

• Media planning and execution of marketing campaigns for commercial partners.
• Copywriting: social media and email marketing campaigns with commercial and engaging content. Blogging and other content options possible according to the candidate skills.
• Maintain ESNcard.org’s CMS (Content Management System) and its linked communication channels, such as newsletter and social media.
• Maximise digital KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) via SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SMM (Social Media Marketing) and remarketing opportunities.
• Continuous data-driven analysis on communication channels performance and suggestion of improvements, as well the implementation of the later when approved.
• Proactive role on the strategy of our social media channels, taking ownership of it after a few weeks in the role.
• Provide support to the Partnership Manager, Project Teams and the rest of the ESN Office when needed.
• Any other tasks or work the trainee would like to learn about as long as the capacity and expertise is existent within our pool of internal or external trainers.
