This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program.  All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:

 Assist customers with any technical issues (portal issues, log in issues, technical issues, error message enquiries, escalations, etc.),
Answer enquiries about licensing, product upgrades, etc.,
Re-direct customers to correct departments within the company with other concerns,
Be a part of software support team.
Qualifications:

•   Higher education student in technical/engineering areas (computer sciences, data, etc)
•   Genesys / Zoho knowledge desirable

•   Basic hardware knowledge
•   Fluent English + European Language ( French, German,Italian and so on)

Knowledge and skills the trainee can learn during the internship:

Trainees can expect to learn about all our software and hardware offerings and how to support them, although this is just software support, a lot of it is also linked to hardware so they are expected to learn both to a degree,  learn how to deal with a vast variety of customers since we cater to lots of different industries (learning, supply chain, IT, etc), learn to navigate a high tech corporate environment and workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the development team to develop and optimize Unity-based features and functionalities for our gaming platform.

Collaborate in designing and implementing AR and VR experiences using Unity to enhance user engagement.

Assist in the creation of interactive 3D models, animations, and assets within Unity for a seamless gaming experience.

Test and debug Unity-based functionalities across various devices to ensure optimal performance.

Participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to maintain code quality.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the project.

Document Unity scripts, code, and development processes comprehensively for reference and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with the development and design teams to create high-quality 3D models and NPC (Non-Playable Character) assets for our gaming platform.

Design and model 3D characters, objects, and environments that align with the project's artistic vision and narrative.

Create realistic and visually appealing textures and materials for 3D assets using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Substance Painter).

Rig and animate 3D character models to bring them to life, incorporating facial expressions and body movements.

Optimize 3D assets for performance, ensuring they run smoothly on various devices and platforms.

Collaborate with the story and game design teams to develop engaging NPC characters with unique personalities and behaviors.

Participate in feedback sessions and iterations to refine and improve 3D assets and character designs.

Document the 3D modeling and character creation process, including workflows, techniques, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to design and implement Unity-based AR features for our gaming platform.
Create interactive 3D models, animations, and assets within Unity to enrich AR experiences.
Ensure smooth integration of AR content into the app by working closely with ARKit (iOS) or ARCore (Android).
Perform thorough testing and debugging of Unity-based AR functionalities across various devices for optimal performance.
Enhance the app's overall user experience by contributing to UI/UX improvements for AR interactions.
Contribute to comprehensive documentation, including Unity scripts, code, and development processes.
