This is a unique opportunity for the trainee to gain insight and knowledge on current affairs concerning the internationalization process of a newly established University ( almost 10years old)  through the Erasmus programme. The trainee by the end of the traineeship period, is expected to have basic skills in communication, marketing and social media management.

MISSION:
Le stagiaire contribue à développer le chiffre d’affaire de son périmètre, en assurant la qualité de l’accueil client et le respect des normes Kiabi.

DUREE DU STAGE:
Entre 3 et 6 mois, les dates du stage sont définies par le stagiaire selon les disponibilités des magasins.

DEROULEMENT:
Le stage se compose de 2 phases distinctes :

1. Connaissance et pratiques des basiques du métier de Talent KIABI

Il s'agit d'apprendre et faire les basiques du métier, à savoir:

•connaissance et pratique de l'étiquetage du produit
•connaissance et pratique des normes de rangement du rayon
•connaissance et pratique de l'implantation du produit en vente
•connaissance et pratique des normes du merchandising

Cette première phase dure environ 6 semaines.

2.Prise de responsabilité d'un périmètre spécifique au sein de votre rayon d'affectation, 
défini par le Directeur du Magasin

Objectifs:

•tenue permanente du périmètre (règle des 3P: Plein, Propre et Prix)
•valorisation et mise en scène produit (merchandising et séduction)
•mise en place des opérations commerciales (garantir en permanence l'agressivité prix)
•changement des implantations en fonction de la courbe de vie des produits
•suivi hebdo du monitoring chiffre d’affaires et stocks pour aide a la décision (30 minutes environs par semaine)
•qualité de l’accueil client garantie

Profil recherché
La nature même de ce stage – 100% terrain – requiert une personne dynamique et disponible qui a le sens de l'initiative et un bon contact client, vraiment motivée par une mission dans le commerce.

Pour mener à bien cette mission, il est souhaitable que vous ayez un niveau d'étude au minimum Bac+2 en Etude de Management ou en Ecole de commerce.

A friendly and open-minded successful laywer family is looking for a young person who would like to get to learn more about the work and life in Germany. He/she does not need to be interested in law, however, if he/she is, there is an opportunity to work in a small law firm. The family is also about to register a new startup company (trade and marketing), which could be also of interest.

Accommodation, food and pocket money is all provided. A minimum workload of 4 hours per day is expected and since the family runs a busy household and need to maintain their own property to welcome important clients, some responsibilities could include the maintenance of the property (gardening, clean work rooms, etc.). The family would welcome to share the workload of cooking as well. As an Host Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for managing all matters related to our most important clients and hosts.

You will have to find potential landlords (Key Accounts), approach them and persuade them to work with EramusInn.
