We provide high-quality property visualizations, such as floor plans and Virtual Flythrough 3D tours for real estate agents, brokers, realtors, property managers, real estate developers, photographers, space planners, software developers & other professionals all around the world – the current count is 45 countries.

The internship can be tailored to personal interest & capabilities and could include development & support of the website design, SEO optimization, blog creation, training materials, social media management.

The duration of the internship is flexible (2 months minimum, longer periods preferred)

Your profile:

  • Fluent English and French writing skills combined with an eye for persuasive marketing texts
  • Writing and publishing content for social media networks
  • Assistance in visual identity of a brand communication with potential costumers
  • Digital marketing tools such as Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn
  • Contribute to company and industry by writing blogs and managing e-communications
  • Skills to get knowledge from analytical data from tools such as Google analytics, firebase analytics, Hotjar
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Creating a solid marketing plan; marketing trends and stunts
  • Write text for email campaigns.
  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
  • Co-develop content-driven marketing programmes for leads, customers and partners/resellers to boost online digital sales objectives.
  • Organizes promotional video, launching party and other events
  • Identification of new channels or promotion mechanisms to spread the contents through SEO tools (search engine optimization).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • 3D artist/designer
  • Student at Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • Passion for creating 3d art.
  • Knowledge/experience with Blender, 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or Rhino (more application softwares – better)
  • 3D scene, prop, and/or character modelling and texturing
  • Interest in web technology, 3D on the web, and Mixed Reality (VR & AR)
  • Basic web development skills (Javascript, HTML, React, A-Frame a plus.)
  • Low poly modelling and optimizing models for mobile or VR.
  • Experience with the gLTF scene format and publishing 3D content on the web (Sketchfab, Google Poly, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Migration and Social Integration Internship in BOLOGNA, ITALY

 

Welcome to Associazione Interculturale UNIVERSO in Bologna, Italy. We offer internships for students of different educational background from January to December every year for a minimum of 3 full months participation. We are looking for motivated students who would like to get engaged in learning and implementation of active participation projects regarding educational and social integration of migrants and refugees. Our internship is eligible for Erasmus+ funding.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who will assist our team creating visual and written content for our blog our social media channels as well as managing them.

We are passionate about veganism as well as about fighting climate change and other environmental problems, so we are looking for a person whose values align in a certain way with ours.

 

Required skills

- You are fluent in English (both conversational and written). Ideally, you also can speak Spanish and/or German, but it is not a must.

- You have good photography skills and have at least intermediate image editing skills. Knowledge in video editing is a plus, but not a must.

- You are creative and are able to think of new fresh content that is suitable for the brand.

- You enjoy writing and can express yourself in a clear way.

- You like to work in team and can handle working with deadlines.

- You are flexible and don´t mind to help out the team in other tasks that might not be initially assigned to you (only occasionally and in case of need).  

- You are positive and don´t get discouraged when things don´t go as planned. On the contrary, you have a solution-oriented mind setting.

- You are responsible towards the work you do and respectful with your colleagues.

 

Tasks

Writing content as well as creating visual content (photographies, infografics...) for social media and our blog:

  • Writing blog posts in English and translating posts to/ from other languages

  • Researching official studies to gather reliable data that can serve as a base to write blog posts

  • Writing the newsletter

  • Organizing photo-shootings and taking photographies

  • Editing images for social media and the blog

  • Filming and video editing (in case you have the skills)

What we offer

We are a small team with lots of passion and motivation for what we do. You will work hand in hand with our founder, to whom you will report.
