Biomika Multimedia Studio is a startup company located in the beautiful Ljubljana, awarded European Green Capital in 2016. We produce digital products for children and adults, to promote mindfulness and meditation for kids as a tool to cope with hard emotions and situations. We are aiming to build more vital social values and ethics. The main keywords regarding our projects are education, meditation, and compassion. We are looking for an intern who would like to collaborate on StarKid Universe, a project devoted to creating meditation stories for children.

As our lovely HR, you will rule our recruiting and onboarding. It's an amazing chance to take on all the responsibilities of an HR Manager in a safe setting - from recruiting, interviews, and onboarding and education, to events organization for the interns. You will be the heart of our team. If you are open, friendly, and like communicating with people - we are looking forward to meeting you!

Job Description:

  • Taking over the recruitment process: checking resumes, inviting people for interviews, running interviews, filling out learning agreements for the chosen candidates

  • Taking care of internship completion certificates in the end of each internship

  • Taking care of attracting more interns to our job postings by contacting universities, posting in facebook groups etc. Get creative - here is your chance to come up with new attraction ideas!

  • If you like, you can also take care of creating and planning events for interns and the team, as well as hosting meetings (not mandatory)

Requirements:

  • Erasmus internship grant

  • University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business management or related fields

  • Fluent in English

  • Communicative and open personality

  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly

  • Any experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Preferred duration: 6 months or more but we are flexible

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all marketing channels. You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Job Description:

  • Implementing and improving our digital marketing strategy

  • Maintaining our social media presence across different digital channels

  • Email Marketing and Sales, follow up emails

  • Maintaining and establishing new partnerships with other companies (publishers, influencers)

  • Additionally: Researching keywords, tracking daily search rankings, analyzing backlinks, checking SEO/SEM health

Requirements:

  • Erasmus internship grant

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales and Business management or related fields

  • Fluent in Sales and Communication strategies

  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, building corporate partnerships, social media managing, and/or one-on-one sales process

About Your Role:
As an intern, you will be diving into one of these critical areas, bringing fresh ideas and contributing directly to the development of circular solutions. Your work will not only impact the environment positively but also pave the way for a more sustainable future. You will be working under the guidance of Luca Polidori, a seasoned expert in circular economy projects and Secretary & Program Manager CE-Hub at Holland Circular Hotspot. With extensive experience in EU projects, international project management, and a rich background in leading successful initiatives, Luca will provide mentorship, sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
