As a Web Designer Intern at Startup Greece you are responsible for all aspects of creating and designing our websites. This may include designing the look and layout, writing and editing content, the creation of features, determining technical requirements, updating websites, the creation of back-up files, and code problem solving. Additionally, you will work closely with department managers for keeping the sites up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
Our Web Designer interns are playing a key role to represent Startup Greece in the public. We encourage you as an intern to have self-responsibility in all your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems and procedures and you will work closely with our team. Innovative ideas located outside the box, applied creativity, and an inquisitive mindset are very desirable.
From our candidates we expect to have good knowledge of web design, animation, multimedia design, content management, multimedia programming and technology, and excellent knowledge in Wordpress.
As an advantage you must have experience in databases, web page scripting, programming, digital imaging, multimedia design or web development.
Startup Greece offers you as an intern self-responsibility within all tasks, own decision-making, working in a young international team, a flexible timetable, participation on our events and NGO meetings, feedback on a regular basis, experience and knowledge sharing and training on different subjects and programs.

The Startup Greece group seeks to expand to as many local communities as possible using multiple activities whose aim is to transfer knowledge, opportunities, and experiences such as competitions, educational trips, thematic workshops, educational games, lectures of scientific and business training.
The Startup Greece enables young interns coming from abroad to share their experience, enhancing cross-border networking and cooperation. We are profiting from teamwork abilities, networking with institutions and businesses, volunteering and experience in various fields of entrepreneurship (i.e. financial & business planning, marketing, fundraising).
