Sofia Internships is a European host organization, which provides various internship opportunities to Scandinavian students. For one of our clients a fast-growing Danish owned IT company with clients in all of Scandinavia we’re looking for a Project manager intern.
The company is specialized in open source e-Commerce solutions specifically within Magento, Presta Shop, OpenCart, WooCommerce and Shopify. Apart from building and supporting webshops, they also develop and maintain own e-Commerce modules that are used by more than 1000 webshops and have own frontend and responsive department. Their main market is the Scandinavian region.

Job requirements:
- Native in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language
- Fluency in English language (both verbal and written)
- Customer- and result oriented attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and team-oriented mind set
- Ability to see the bright side of any situation
- Good computer literacy – MS Office, Internet
- Experience with any open source CMS systems is a big plus
- Experience with shipping, logistics, courier services or freight services is a big plus

Job responsibilities:
Understanding the required features and functionality of projects assigned and understanding all tasks in your projects so you can specify them in our project management system
- Daily follow-up on all projects assigned
- Regular communication with customers on status of ongoing projects
- Keep projects and tasks from exceeding the appointed time usage
- Answer questions from the developers with regards to tasks on your projects
- Obtaining estimates from the developers and forwarding of estimates to customers
- Testing and quality assurance (QA) of all tasks before sending them to customers and adding to live site
- Be part of larger projects' bug-fixing and QA process
- Miscellaneous assistance on larger projects
- Ensure that the company’s project methodology is complied with
- Assist with installations of our PostNord delivery modules and other company’s modules on customers' webshops
- Daily phone, online chat and email support - answering questions from customers primarily related to our modules and passing them on to second level support when required
- Other tasks related to the position assigned by the manager of the company
