Team/division description
The Organisation and People Development (OPD) team sits within the People and Innovation Function in TME.

The mission of OPD is to contribute to unleashing people’s potential by collaborating closely with customers to deliver impactful career, development and organisation design solutions with a positive employee experience

Examples of OPD processes: performance management/ appraisal, career planning, (international) rotation, promotion, succession planning, mentorship, talent management, diversity, employee concern handling, (early) retirement, resignations etc …

Your project: Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)

Your role is to further action part of TME’s diversity and inclusion strategy through several projects.

For example, to lead:
D&I scorecard: Based on our current D&I metrics, design and report out current status visualising any priority issues to tackle. Run Pan-European Diversity KPIs as appropriate.

Inclusion training: In collaboration with external providers design, propose and agree inclusion training to be delivered to all management in TME.

Diversity Champions: design, propose and agree a diversity champions framework where champions are identified in each business area in TME, are trained and then enabled to deliver concrete change in their workplace.

Support D&I lead on ongoing projects, for example:
Development of talent:
• Support the creation and roll out of a developmental training program.
• Support a successful delivery of TME’s first European Women’s Conference.

D&I company-wide communication:
• Support the creation of communication materials to all employees regarding D&I strategy, KPIs and implementation progress to stimulate culture change.

Your profile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (eg HR, marketing, communication,…)
• Passion for D&I
• Analytical & reporting skills
• Able to multi-task
• Ownership & drive
• Good communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
• You enjoy working in an international, multicultural environment
• Fluency in English – knowledge of Flemish or French is an asset

Duration: 6 months
