Team/division description:
Value Chain Strategy & Program Management: Used Cars
The overall mission of the division is to establish a customer centric organisation to drive growth through customer loyalty along the value chain touchpoints. We also drive National Marketing & Sales Company (NMSC) focus and performance on Value Chain Processes and Programs.
As an intern, you will join a Used Car team of 7 members (management included). You will support several strategic projects to develop the Used Car business in Europe and interact with stakeholders on the European as well as National level. Jointly we will develop a comprehensive Used Car strategy and drive the activation of our Used Car franchise in the Toyota and Lexus networks across Europe, delivering trust and a New Car-like customer experience in order to optimise business opportunities over the whole vehicle life cycle.

Your responsibilities:
Working with the Used Car Manager, the Used Car team and a wide range of TME functions as well as our colleagues from Financial Services and Insurance Management, you will have following responsibilities:

Used Car Digital Roadmap
• Support development of online retailing business model for Used Cars
• Support requirements definition & alignment with our centre of excellence markets
• Support delivery and roll out of our online & offline Used Car retailing solutions

Online trade-in tool
• Act as business owner of our Pan E trade-in tool & drive further roll out and benefit realisation
• Monitor project status as well as key business KPIs
• Facilitate best practice sharing and identify required enhancements

Used Car governance & steering
• Support Used Car governance process
• Capture & drive KPI availability and support cross NMSC benchmarking

Your profile:
• You are fluent in English (TME business language)
• You are a student working towards a Master degree
• You are result driven, dedicated and deliver on promises. 
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• You are flexible and willing to travel within EU if necessary
• You have strong project management competences to manage very diverse tasks
• You have good personal organisation competences in order to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• You have good communications and presentation skills

Duration: 6 months
Confidentiality: Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.
 
It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
