3D Machinist (Intern)

Hephaesnus is an innovative start-up dedicated to fighting forest fires in a more efficient, safe, sustainable way. We are different in our core behaviour, developing solutions in a creative manner. We allow all our team members to be autonomous, critical and to try new methods within our current solutions and pipeline. In order to fully develop our latest solutions we are looking for a 3D Specialist (Intern) to join our awesome team! What type of person are we looking for? Aspiring researcher/engineer (some 3D experience required); Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering (or similar) or is about to finish it; Creative, auto-critical and not afraid to put forward new ideas and test them; Ability to make proposals for testing, objectives and potential costs; Knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Fusion 360 (mandatory); Having experience on 3D Printing and Prototyping (mandatory); High ability to implement cost-saving measures on project or testing execution; Ability to travel (work-trips).
