Let's Live USA is for a detail-oriented, customer service focused Account Manager with media experience that will join our team. The Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support our sales and marketing deparment, as well as working hand in hand with the operations to meet the objectives and provide best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external.

The person chosen will join our sede in Murcia, Spain for six months as a trainee and will be able to manage our sede in Italy after this training period.

Requirements:

-Must have a native level of Italian

-Must be a fluent speaker of Spanish (interviews will be hold in Spanish)

-And advance level of English is desired

-Must have excellent communication skills and be a strongly client-oriented person.

Responsabilities

• Work within the Sales and Marketing deparment
• Support our Operations team
• Support the translation of our websites and social media from Spanish/English to Italian.
• Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
• Manteining our customer service up to the highest standard of quality
