Administrative Internship

Be an ESN Aveiro ambassador: promote the section and their events;

• Support the Secretary of ESN Aveiro, regarding their General Meetings’ responsibilities (minutes) and regarding the office (making inventories, assure that the office has every material needed and, if not, request it);
• Responsible for the Help Desks: registration of mobility students in ESN Aveiro's database and activities; clarify their doubts when needed;
• Prepare reports when requested for the board and the coordinators;
• Support ESN Aveiro’s team when making applications for grants or events;

Requirements

Languages:

• English B2: fluent, very good comprehension, written and spoken;

• Knowledge in other languages;

Experience:

• Experience in an NGO

• Associative experience and background, preferable in ESN.

Competence

• Be able to take initiative and find creative solutions;

• Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with stressful situations;

• Ability to work independently and in a team;

Useful information:

Time Invested: Working time of 30-40 hours per week.

Salary and extras:

• Remuneration according to the ERASMUS+ Grant*;
• Comparticipation on some events;
• Help to find accommodation and integration process;

* All applications should be eligible for an Erasmus Placement Scholarship. Ask your International Office at your University for further information.
