Description: 

Internship for a Master student at the European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH):

The European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) is a strategic partnership between 9 European Universities: the Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay), Lund University (LU), Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), Universidade do Porto (UPorto)m University of Szeged (USZ), University of Alcalá (UAH),  Arctic University of Norway (UiT), University of Novi Sad (UNS) and Universität Hamburg (UHH).

Tasks of the Intern:

- Support to all administrative tasks related with the Secretariat of the Alliance:

  • Participation in internal meetings of the Secretariat and meetings with the partners, including governance meetings
  • Drafting of agendas, PPT presentations and meeting minutes in collaboration with the Secretariat
  • Support to implement and monitor the administrative procedures of the Alliance
  • Updates of EUGLOH's project management platform

 

- Promote the Alliance to University of Paris-Saclay staff and students;

- Support to the EUGLOH International Student Board

- Participate in the animation of the EUGLOH campus life;

Skills required:

- Excellent level of English required; Minimum B1 French

- Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel...);

- Ability to process databases and prepare indicators is desirable;

- Master's degree in European projects, international relations, Management, Law or equivalent.

- Duration of the internship: 6 months (full-time)

- Location: Paris-Saclay University – 91400 Orsay

- If you come from a non-EU country, you must already possess a visa allowing you to work as an intern in France/Europe

Additional Information

Bachelor or Master students can apply to the internship. The student should be enrolled in his/her University in the start of the internship.
