Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic individual, willing to learn and assist international team in the peak season for the department. Our team is based in Malta but our schools are in UK, USA and South Africa :) We communicate on a daily basis with our colleagues in schools and our business partners all over the world.
The responsibilities are:
- Providing information about LAL's services to exisiting and potential customers worldwide through online streams
- Helping with bookings, dealing with enquiries and giving advice on LAL Language Centres
- Inputting of data into LAL's admissions system and making any subsequent amendments
- Chasing for flight details and missing information, sending confirmations to the agents
- Checking availability for courses, accommodation and liaising with the operations teams from all LAL locations
- Assisting Admissions Team
Duration of Internship is minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months and the start date can be in April/May/June
