Advertisement Operatives (Lisbon) - Dutch Speakers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content and resolve them within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality;
• Responding to allocated tasks with high speed and accuracy;
• Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines;
• Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

• Previous working experience in Customer Service (mandatory);
• Ability to work from 8am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday;
• Ability to embrace a multicultural work culture;
• Strong attention to detail with a strong aptitude for reasoning and decision making;
• Strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English;
• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native);

Offer:

• Integration in a multicultural work environment;
• Initial and continuous training;
• Gross base salary of 1 110.00 €/month + 7.63 €/day (paid monthly);
• Language bonus of 900.00 €/quarter (every three months);
• Signing Bonus of 2 220.00 € paid in two 1 110.00 € parts over the first six months of the contract;
• Transportation Subsidy of up to 40,00 €/month (not taxable; requires receipts).
