General information
For our IT department, we are looking for a person who has to complete his/her final studies (bachelor or master degree level) by an internship of at least 6 months. This placement is located in our headquarters in Saint-Chamas (South of France).
Attached to our IT Manager, you will be working on a voicebot/callbot project intended to diminish the workload of our customer service composed of a staff of 7 people, after-sales service included.
This voicebot will be able to answer recurring questions from our professional customers (craftsmen, installation specialists, carpenters, etc...) which will for instance refer to delivery date or duration of delivery, after-sales, choice or laying of product or even feasibility.
You must be autonomous, organized and rigorous. You must also be very thorough. You are able to display a sense of initiative and detailed analysis. These skills added to a good level of French will definitely be essential for this job.
