Assistant to Business Development Manager

Sidetrip Tours offers small group, one-way bus transfers between major European cities that include sightseeing stops led by passionate local guides. The result? Passengers get to where they need to go but have a whole lot of fun along the way! Our Business Development Manager is responsible for launching new geographical markets, recruiting and training an international team of local tour guides, overseeing operations based out of Prague and Budapest as well as reporting to head office. To reduce the load of everyday tasks and focus more on growing the revenue and profitability we are looking for someone to work side-by-side with her in Prague. You'll be working in an international team, have the chance to learn from extremely driven individuals and young entrepreneurs behind the whole Sidetrip company as well as make an actual difference to our business results. Excellent communication skills, fluency in oral Czech or Slovak language and a driver's license are expected from our full time intern as well as the willingness to travel between the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries.
