Excellent opportunity to obtain managerial experience in a central London hostel (Kensington/Chelsea). For the first 3 months you will work as a Main Receptionist to acquire the technical skills required before you move into the Assistant Manager role until the end of your internship.
As a Main Receptionist you'll learn e.g.: processing bookings, checking guests in/out, taking payments, dealing with guest queries etc During this period you will be paid £500 per month, accommodation in a dorm, free breakfast and dinner.
When you become Assistant Manager you will take responsibility for the optional operational functioning of the hostel from reception to housekeeping. You will help manage a staff of 16 people and report directly to the Manager/Owner. Pay increases to £1000 per month and still includes accommodation and meals.
