Description:
The intern is responsible for the delivery of programs and events. Supported by a full briefing from the Programme Coordinator and/or Programme Manager, he/she will have the mission for organising digital and on-campus courses and activities related to the programmes entrusted to him/her.
The coordinator is present during the delivery of the programmes entrusted to him/her (reception and presence can be also on evenings and on Saturday)
Tasks exemples :
- Program management in Canvas (Learning Management System)
- Management of the teaching staff (booking, schedules, wishes)
- Production & distribution of faculty and student handbooks
- Booking of infrastructure (premises, hosting, catering, educational materials, etc.)
- Preparation and organization of the infrastructure and logistics of the courses (course materials and IT, setting up the premises, teachers' desiderata, etc.)
- Organizational communication to participants and faculty
- Management and redirection of requests from participants
- Organization of activities related to the courses (seminars, group work, visits, panels, exams, workshops, coaching, etc.)
- Administration of evaluations (sending, harvesting, reporting)
