Who are we?

The European University Foundation (EUF) is an alliance of European universities aiming to accelerate the modernisation of the European Higher Education Area. We are strong advocates for interoperability of tools and platforms and pursuing the “once only” principle for students and staff, as well as bringing services at the users’ fingertips. We are heavily involved in the digitisation of the Erasmus programme by coordinating projects creating tools for digital administration, exchange of data across countries and better data security.

What will you do?

Our projects are regarded as high impact by European stakeholders and authorities, notably:

The Erasmus+ App: a powerful tool for students to improve their Erasmus+ mobility experience. The Erasmus+ App will become more and more interconnected with other services and platforms that will cater for different aspects of Erasmus+ mobilities – be it exchange of documents, support to the intercultural or language learning process or dealing with the reporting routines.

The Erasmus Dashboard: A web application that makes the lives of university staff easier by digitising administrative procedures.

The Erasmus Without Paper: this project will ensure that student data can be securely and easily exchanged as this project is developing a framework and common standards for interoperability between higher education institution systems. The EUF offers a chance of contributing to high impact projects and to work in our Brussels office with a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals from all around Europe.
