Description:
Our berry team has designed an effecient berry farm that includes raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries in the Mountains of Troodos in Cyprus and we are looking to work with young students and/or internsto optimize our berry management through practice and research.Our Internship program will be for youngster interested to learn, design and implement:
1. Irrigation Scheduling
2.Pest and diseases scouting and IPM implementation
3.Postharvest handling
4. Plant Physiology Quality Assesement
5. Field Research and measurments(SPAD, POROMETER, NDVI, SOIL MOISTURE, TEMPERATURE, pH etc)
6.Berry harvest & and yield monitoring
