Description:
We actively participate in innovative projects for the investigation of new bacteria, mycobacteria, in patients with cystic fibrosis through the analysis of environmental and wastewater samples, identifying bacteria resistant to existing medicines, for this we are forming a team highly committed to the project.
To continue and build on the success of our monitoring platform, we are looking to upgrade the existing team, based in Ireland, Spain, Italy.
Roles available in this area include:
- Development of projects with Haptic and other sensory technologies for bioelectric and biomedical applications.
- Optimize with robotics and surgical navigation: miniaturization, articulation and tracking technologies.
- Undertake a month-long project to research a chosen area of medical need in detail, compare alternative technologies and solutions, and analyse start-ups for potential investment opportunities.
- Empower work with surgical visualization: optics, photonics, spectral and / or speckle analysis, registration, image processing, and AI-enabled imaging.
- Develop the ability to merge your biomedical engineering knowledge and witness how emerging technologies are being implemented to solve real-world problems
- The working language is English.
