II. MISSION OF THE POSITION
The "Brand Ambassador & Event Planner" will be responsible to develop and maintain a positive image of Join Us by efficient interaction with consumers and prospects, through organization of events and activities.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES

To Plan, organize, coordinate and operate activities and events.

Create community around the organization.

Promote all events related to the organization.

Develop cultural activities within the events calendar.

Develop public relations with customer and third parties.
-
Manage events on social networks, through the creation of events, publication of material, creation of registration forms, community management, among others
-
Manage databases
-
Create the activities calendar
-
Deliver weekly reports of all events and activities.
-
Work for the good image of the organization, developing a sense of belonging

VII.REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
Academics: Professional or student of last semesters of business administration, public relations, tourism administration, project management.
Languages: English 50% and Spanish 50%
Experience (Not mandatory): Sales, team work, travel and tourism organization.
VIII. IMPORTANT DATA
Term: 5 months
Time: July to December 2020
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: To be agreed, according to the planning and development of the activities.
Incentives:
Lodging.
8% commission on sales of services. Being able to earn up to 500,000 Colombian pesos.
Travel "for free" for Colombia.
