Business Analyst & Data visualization internship

We bring together marketing data from multiple sources and serve it in a ready to consume interface, or just as raw data upon request. 
 

Not all clients have a data scientist or BI analyst in-house, though, and that's why they turn to us with questions and projects ranging from “We need to build an easy dashboard for our C-level to consume” to “We need to calculate our acquisition and retention cost vs customer lifetime value” to “Our data look a bit odd, can you look at them and interpret, pls?”.
 

Your place will be with our Client Success department and your mission will be to figure out a way to satisfy these requests and then deliver these data projects to our client's satisfaction.

At the same time, you will work with a few people that make sure ROIVENUE data can be 100% relied upon. 

What will you do specifically

• Designing and delivering BI reports, and dashboards on top of ROIVENUE data

• Taking care of a library of BI templates

• Helping out with the technical part of new clients’ onboarding

• Working in Chameleon on analysis, testing, and ROIVENUE Product tours creation

• Helping Client Success Managers scope out data projects for clients

• Serve as part of the technical support team

• Helping us automate different repetitive tasks with Python scripts

• Solving data problems

About You

Must haves

• Knowledge of Power BI

• Eager to understand the data behind the business

• You always look for a better solution and never settle for average.

• You believe that data is beautiful and you are ready to show that to others.

• You have an analytical mind

• Proficient oral and written English

Nice to haves (you either know already or you will learn here)

• Previous working experience within digital marketing

• Basic knowledge of Python
