Lynq is a FinTech startup that is revolutionising payments as we know it - utilising Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and open-banking to speed up consumer payments and reduce the cost of transaction fees.
Lynq is backed by NatWest bank's FinTech accelerator and will be creating the future of payment technology. Each transaction currently takes 3/4 days to settle and costs an avg 2% per transaction - with Lynq, payments settle instantly, for a fraction of the costs.
Lynq also provides a platform for businesses and applications to connect to each other, bringing local businesses online for the first time.
The role entails speaking to banking and third-party clients, getting a better understanding of the financial landscape and building a network of professionals.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic person to help
Responsibilities:
Identify new partnership opportunities and to maintain current relationships.
Establish new business strategies
Raising awareness on payments issues in Europe (we provide full training and guides - Lynq is cheaper and faster than all other providers)
Raising awareness of the Lynq ICO and our partners ICO's
Create and implement consumer engagement strategies etc
The deal candidate will have:
Perfect written English
A basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and payments
Strong verbal communication skills
Interest in working in a start-up environment
Terms:
Duration 4-6 months (can be negotiated)
