For our multilingual hub in Prague and our healthcare project, we are looking for a Business Development Representative with native German.

Are you a target oriented and sales driven individual with strong communication skills?  Sounds like you? Then you are ready to be a part of our team responsible for generation of sales opportunities through hunting, prospecting, and consultative calling to promote healthcare product solutions and services.

What you´ll do...

  • Identify and qualify prospects and decision makers in the targeted companies through hunting, prospecting and consultative calling
  • Generate consistent sales opportunities for field sales
  • Manage leads and report daily on activities in CRM tool (Salesforce) delivering good quality data to sales department and transforming unqualified leads into qualified
  • Cooperate with country marketing and sales team members to support planned activities, manage leads handover and follow-up on opportunities

  • YOU are a proactive hunter who is not afraid to pick up the phone, make a high volume of calls, and speak with clients to promote solution in a clear and polite manner.
  • YOU are a highly energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets.
  • YOU have initiative and a "get it done" mind set.
  • YOU have a strong sales-oriented mindset and desirably (not a must) previous experience in sales environment handling objections and passing gate keeper
  • YOU are native/high level in German and have a good level of English
