Business Development Specialist (German)

REPLUG is an international mobile app marketing consulting agency based in Berlin (Germany), founded by two AdTech veterans. Our mission is to help businesses to grow their mobile business and retain their users. Our portfolio of clients include PhotoSì, CodeCheck, StormGain, Winelivery, Buddyfit, Enel, Libertex, Wetaxi, among others.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist that will work side-by-side with the co-founder to develop, manage and grow the respective market. 

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be asked to:

• Prepare a market analysis and research prospects
• Create a pipeline of leads
• Reach out to potential customers 
• Identify business opportunities for the respective lead you engage a conversion with
• Grow and develop relationships within your market of reference
• Work on and create business proposal and presentations 
• Engage in conversations with potential customers
• Support the co-founder in the sales cycle

What are we looking for? 

• You are German native speaker
• You speak business fluently English (50% of the job is done in English)
• You have a demonstrated interest in Sales and Business Development
• You have a demonstrated interest in Digital Marketing
• You are pro-active and don't stop at the first objection
• You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Duration: Minimum 6 months
