Business Development/Community Outreach Internship

7 Billion Presidents are looking for independent proactive people sharing the same values as 7BP to join the team! System thinkers and those interested in sustainable strategies, social businesses, and new types of economy are encouraged to apply. 

Who are 7 Billion Presidents?
A not-for-profit start-up that is changing the way we do business. We are an ambitious project (with a legal status of a not-for-profit foundation for the common good), set out to change the system by shifting money flow with every new product sold!

7 Billion Presidents’ vision is for Earth to have a stable climate that provides healthy air, water, and food for all until 2037. We aim to achieve this by building an inclusive, regenerative economy that builds and partners with companies where all money generated goes back into society by installing renewable energy and supporting regenerative and social projects (video explaining the economic model).

About you
You are proactive, ambitious, passionate, like to work in an international team, and are able to carry out tasks and projects from start to finish. You like a challenge and would like to gain experience, broaden your knowledge while getting an insight into a regenerative social start-up. Furthermore, you have a passion for protecting the environment, creating a more fair and healthy society.

The role
We are not perfect and do not pretend we are, but we believe that by gathering diverse strong good energies, any impact is possible! We are currently looking for people interested in business development and partner outreach to join the team so please apply if you:

• Can create various marketing, business growth, and development campaigns. 

• Feel comfortable reaching out to companies and/or individuals by email, phone call, face to face.

• Are communicative, approachable, people person and find it easy to engage in conversation.

• Are proactive and can help us think and implement ways to create new partnerships and business opportunities.

What can you expect?

Definitely not your average internship. 7BP is paving the way by doing things differently. We are a flat organization (meaning there’s no top-down hierarchy) with a start-up environment (which means it can get messy sometimes), where everyone has a lot of freedom (which also means a lot of responsibilities). You can expect to be encouraged to think differently, independently, learn about system change, regeneration of nature, creating a healthier and more fair society.
