Business Operations and Development Internship in Barcelona Creative and Wellness Startup

Youlosophy is a digital startup that aims to help you become the best version of yourself.

 

It serves as link between the best creative, wellness and technology experts with people aspiring for personal growth. The company produces books and products aimed at the Self Development industry, and organizes more than 20 annual events and summits in Barcelona, highlighting the new and most interesting talent to serve as teachers and speakers.

 

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills in English.

 

Good English is required and any native in German or French are a plus. The interns will join our team in Barcelona, in an entrepreneurial ambience sharing offices with the rest of companies and startups of the group.

 

Start date in September 2020.

The Intern will support the leader working in the different aspects of the company building.

 

You will work and learn in the areas of Deal Negotiation, Marketing, Business Development, Client Services, PR and Product Development learning several aspects of our business.

 

​Interest in start-up and entrepreneurship is needed.

 

You will be working hands on with a multicultural team, handling directly tasks and contacts, and learning how a startup is built, and tasks involved to grow from scratch.

 

Interest in Internet and online business activities, online marketing and social media optimization is of great value.  

 

The intern will be actively involved in:

- Business Development: liaison with current and new business partners and speakers

- PR Support with Bloggers, Press, video  

- Social Media Management  

- Marketing and Advertising assistance and plan creation  

- Web analysis and optimization.  

- Special Events Management

 

Minimum stay 3 months, best 6 months
