DESCRIPTION

Our legal department is looking for additional help. You will be asked to assist our in-house lawyers. The areas of law where you will be the most involved in are international private law, contract law, business law, financial law and securities law.

You will be responsible, together with the management team, for inter alia: a portfolio of existing and new clients; maintaining client contacts; review documentation for new transactions/amendment of existing transactions (e.g. KYC); reviewing draft contracts; summarizing legislations.

Our working language is English; fluency in French or German is an asset. We are looking for an autonomous, flexible candidate with strong writing skills (in English) and a capacity to analyse legal texts. The candidate should have an evident interest in Banking/Finance.

The location of the internship will be at our headquarters in Maastricht-Aachen airport. 

This internship is intended for students who are still enrolled in their degree programme and can take advantage of the Erasmus Traineeship grant.
