Description:
-Preparation of the breakfast/lunch/dinner service: transform, elaborate and inform about the gastronomic offer.
-Reception of orders
-Development of the orders according to the indicated recipes.
-Organize the materials, utensils, and equipment necessary to prepare the food to offer.
- Stock control for the next service.
-Preparation of the dishes. Supervises food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and proper presentation of food.
-Plan and prepare the production of the day.
